Wow where to begin? I would not recommended this store unless you are completely wealthy and don't mind dealing with people who have no idea what they are doing. I went here for my first prom (big mistake), and went without my mom (bigger mistake). Sure I was fitted well and they picked out some very lovely dresses, but I felt very pressured on account of I was a 17 year old buying by myself. GREAT!! Its hard to believe this store has gotten anything but five, i have had nothing but great experiences every single time i have gone to this store from everything from prom to wedding. LOVE it!
I stop by the shop to look a some bridesmaids dress for my daughter , neither less to say i was in the store for at 15 min before i was even asked if i need any help, the employees was so caught up in the customer that was already there that they didn't even say hello when i came in . when i finally got help , as i ask question about plus size kids dress the employees carried on a conversation among themselves as if i didnt exist . I LOVE ELEGANT EXPRESSIONS! I could sit here and write all day about everything wonderful about this place. The staff, dress selection, pricing and how willing they are to work with you are just a few of the highlights for this store. I will forever and always recommend this store in the future to everyone!
Wonderful! This place definately deserves five stars. I came here years ago for my wedding dress. I tried on about five and found the perfect one about two dresses in. I was so pleased with my expereince I recently revisited the store with my nieces to get their prom dresses. Both girls fell IN LOVE with the perfect dress. Do not trust this place with an important order. The sales girls are not well-trained or informed. There seems to be little management ever present in the store. If there is a problem, the customer is treated as if they should have done something differently. Customer service is non-existent. It doesn't matter what happens ,the customer is never offered or given a refund. Any quality business would value the happiness of their customers and bank on the return of their business.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! NEVER EVER USE THEM!!! 2 WEEKS AFTER MY GROOMSMEN GOT FITTED FOR THEIR TUXES WE HAD TO CANCEL OUR WEDDING DUE TO ILLNESS AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE OUR GUYS BACK THEIR DEPOSIT! THEY HAD NO OBLIGATION, HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY OF THE ORDER NOTHING BUT BECAUSE OF "STORE POLICY" AKA GREED THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T DO REFUNDS.
