Bob Kelly is a Vietnam Veteran and very Customer-oriented. I asked him to come out and quote me on the repair of destroyed wiring for our backyard lighting system. He came right out and eyeballed the job and gave me a range of "not less than 'x' and not more than 'y.' True to his word, he was back the next day with one of his guys, supervising that young man in replacing the wiring, adding extra loops of wiring in case we want to add more lighting later, and ensuring that the new wiring was buried sufficiently deep so that i... read more
