Excellent service!! We contracted the Limo for our 8th grade Son’s graduation and his friends. All staff was very helpful and polite. The Limo eas good, the price is fear and the Chauffeur is amazing.
Absolutely terrible experience. The vehicle was underwhelming, dirty on the inside, and had old cups left in the cup holders, and a weird smell that never went away. The driver was unprofessional, didn’t know how to address our concerns. To top it off, they charged extra fees that were never mentioned during booking. I would never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
Wish I could give 0 stars. My sister Catie left a review that everyone should review. Our sister got married and this service picked us up from the wedding to take us back to the Airbnb. Everything about it was garbage. Listen I was hammered leaving this wedding which means I wouldn't have cared that much about most things. But no music? 4 warm water bottles for 12+ people, used glasses?! $450 for this and now they won't refund even partial the money so I hope this 1 star hurts your business.
Absolutely horrible experience. My friend booked with them for the ride after her wedding, with her bridal party. She received nothing that has been promised. When the limo arrived it was already dirty. All of the glasses were covered in lipstick. We made many attempts to play music and the best we got was static. When she reached out to explain all of this to the company, they told her she was lying and they couldn’t find her reservation. Unprofessional company to say the least. DO NOT book with this limo service!
