Very disappointing experience with Elegance Realty, LLC and Realtor/Broker Kemi Salako. Based on my personal experience, the level of professionalism, communication, and customer service I received from Kemi Salako did not match what I expected from a real estate professional or from a company that advertises personalized service and an outstanding reputation. I’m not even a current client of Kemi’s and she’s gone above and beyond in providing very useful info for my move. I am relocating to the state and she’s been very kind in providing some insight and helping me do some research into some areas I’ve been interested in possibly moving to. Looking forward to working with her in the future.
Kemi is highly recommended, she is very knowledgeable in real estate and helped me accomplish what I needed done. Very professional and easy to speak with. Definitely will be using her service in the future. 10/10 for sure. Thank you again Kemi.
Kemi was very informative and knowledgeable of the area around Atlanta. She also went above and beyond staying in communication with us and sending us possible houses to rent. We lived out of state and she would even tour homes for us over messenger video. 10/10 would recommend.
The only reason I’m giving this review five stars is because of Kemi HERSELF!! Working with Kemi was a delight! Any problems I had she was quick to respond and efficient in solving the problem. She talks to people very well and has a great energy that made the renting experience amazing. I was constantly dealing with delays and miscommunication through other departments while trying to find a rental and Kemi was there to bring all the information together and help with what I needed.
