Even though the installer had never worked with a "NAVIKS" backup camera interface, he was able to install it along with a backup camera on my Mercedes SLK, and made it look like it came that way from Stuttgart, Germany! Though they encountered a small problem with a noisy ground wire, they warranty their work and reviewed the entire installation to find where the faulty ground connection was. They took care of me and I could not be happier!
