Julia and Maria are both skilled professionals, who are kind and accommodating, and are as invested in the results as the client is. They take the time to explain things, and are very personable. Julia is probably one of the best electrolysis technicians out there. She is very direct and has a no-nonsense personality, which I love about her, but it is not for everybody. She's been doing this for 30+ years and knows what she's talking about because the proof is in the results. I started going to Julia in late 2019 after a bad experience with laser hair removal. I was very nervous about starting electrolysis, but Julia reassured me and helped me to understand the process. I am so glad I found her and trusted her with my face. Over the past 2.5 years I’ve seen a noticeable difference with my unwanted hair, and know that it was because of her.
