Was charged $34 just for parking when the sign said 30 minutes is waived. I was there for 45 minutes while looking for an attendant. There was no attendant was to be found and customer service was not helpful.
Dear Tesla driver, thanks for parking there without charging. Really thoughtful of you to block the spot when people actually needed to charge their cars. This isn't a parking spot.
Decent chargers and they work. But you have to pay for parking regardless of how long you park there; even though it says first 30 minutes is free. We paid $25 for parking for the day (we were only there 45 minutes max) and even got charged an idle fee because getting back to the chargers was difficult as we had to go through TJ Maxx. Only go in if you intend on staying for the day and be prepared to move your car. Dont go there to charge your car, just dont. They will try to charge you with as much as they can and wont help you if you ask for help.
