Great people, great service. The service staff has consistently exceeded my expectations. I brought a E bike 5 years ago from the shop and every time I have needed maintenance or repair I am always treated well and the repair is done in very short order. I am really happy that I made my purchase at this store.
One of the best E bike shops in the country. Professionalism in sales and service is unmatched.
The employee who helped me, DZ, was really helpful when I told him that I was looking to test out an ebike and was looking for a commuter bike. He recommended I try out the Specialized ebikes. He suggested I try the Specialized Como. I tested it and I was finally able to ride on it but for my weight it was a bit too heavy to balance easily so I told DZ that it was bit too heavy for me.
