Instant reply by phone. Same day service. On time for appointment. Explained problem and returned with necessary repair part. Reasonable charges. He also repaired a faulty outdoor light while there.

dave responded to my voice mail quickly and took care of the problem on the same day. it turned out to be a simple repair but the way he checked for all possible causes made me feel confident that he could handle more challenging issues had they arisen at the time.
