This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in awhile. David, the owner, came out himself to do the repair--wearing the protective booties as promised. He was done in 15 minutes; very friendly and professional, and the price was definitely reasonable for a next-day visit. Their receptionist was prompt and followed up when setting up the appointment; the fixture is repaired, and I'm a happy customer. I recommend his company without reservation.
Had two workers out the next morning on a Saturday. My system is very old and parts were not readily available so they came back Monday when they could get the parts. Dave, the owner came back with his workers. He did not charge me for the Saturday service and even gave me a discount on the work on Monday. He was knowledgeable in the type of work I needed which was out of the ordinary.
