The website was super helpful and informative in making my decision with choosing a level 2 charger for our home. The price estimate range provided on the website was spot on after purchasing the unit (went with the emporia pro with load management) and installation. I knew how much exactly to budget. Mike and Griffin were very knowledgeable and professional. They made sure everything worked and answered all my questions. Very pleased with service and will be using them for any electrical services in the future.

I got 3 quotes to hav my outdatedelectrical panel replaced and Epic was by far the lowest. He scheduled everything with ONCOR and the city inspectors office and keep in touch with me until the work could be done. Power was cut off, the panel replaced, inspected by the city and power restored on the same day. I give Epic an A+ on service and communication. It is nice these days to call a company and have someone answer their phone.
Epic was punctual, straightforward, and they do honest work. We appreciated their services and would recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you again!
