I was visiting from Arizona in August 2017 and got a basic paw prints tattoo on my wrist. Less than a week later, it bled out and the coloring has faded. My wrist is discolored due to the ink bleeding out. If I had stayed in HI, I would have gone back to have it fixed. I have other much larger tattoos and 10 years later, it looks brand new.
