I had an appointment with Tomo for my lower sleeve and was very specific about what I wanted on 3 different occasions (in text, over the phone, and in person). After first consultation I paid deposit and scheduled 2 weeks out. Stay-at-home order cancelled my appointment but the next time I spoke to him all he had was a few individual roses and a layout for a smaller tattoo that was not at all what I had asked for. Just got an awesome Stitch tattoo by Devon!!looks like a temporary tattoo with how clean it is. Everyone in the shop was very relaxed and kind, and was very clean. Great way to spend my last few hours in Hawaii!! Will be back soon I hope!
