I would not go here unless you want to be told by Dr. Mark Finke that " you can just be knowingly negectful" and very condescending and rude to someone who very much cares there and you were there multiple times and spending more than $600 to take care of my dog. I will just keep going to the Vet I was going in Greenville . I moved to Anderson and wanted to go somewhere close , but I'm not going to go to a Vet that uses poor use of words and degrades me as a person and the love I have for my dog, just because I didn't know w... read more
RecommendedI recommend everything that they do. Been coming here for over 20 years. I like to see Dr. Herold with my dogs, but have seen all of them out of necessity at times. Their knowledge just can't be beat. Thanks for all you have done in the past for my dogs.
They are the best! Especially exotics.
Very polite and professional
They are very kind and thoughtful and always have your fur babies best interest at heart and when it might be bad news they make sure you are informed of every option available and let you know their thoughts regardless if it might be something hard for you to hear. They truly care for both you and your pets emotions and understand the bonds we have with them. They are easily the only vet around with an entire staff that is sincere and dedicated to do anything for you and your baby!
Very nice staff good with animals
I had a hard time finding a vet that I could trust. Most seem financially motivated but that has not been the case at Electric City. Each time I’ve been, the doctor gets on the floor with my pups and shows them the love they deserve. And they don’t try to run a bunch of expensive tests just to make money. I also truly appreciate that they offer a military discount!!
Took my cat Lilith and they were very kind, caring and gentle with her. They put her on a treatment plan and didn't break the bank 😊 I highly recommend ECAC to anyone looking for a great veterinary clinic!
The vet. are very caring when you bring your pet in to be seen. They believe in doing. great job to help your pet to become well when they are sick. I like vet. tech. Shana she is excellent and very caring when I brought Teddybear in for many years.
