RecommendedWe had our first visit with our “exotic” Bunny named Bun Bun. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I felt like Dr. Tope took his time and was very thorough with our bunny. The office smelled clean and I even enjoyed the cockatiel at the front that reminded me of mine from many years ago. Will be bringing our exotic pets here from here on out!
We just moved here from a big city. They were awesome and spent so much time teaching us about living with our dogs in this new rural setting. They answered all my questions and were great with my 5 year old border collie who has only had one vet his whole life and doesn’t like change. Thank you!
Yes, they are amazing, I took my bearded dragon in, the first time was amazing the second was amazing customer service, unfortunately groot passed away an hour later after blood work to see why she was losing weight and weak. They were very honest with me, and was not just trying to get money, the care about the animals. There customer service is amazing, they are all so nice and always have smiles! I will continue to take my fur babies here. A few days later, I received a condolence card in the mail about groot from them.

ECAC has been there for all of my perfect felines.... Every time. Even the times we had to say good bye to Miss Scarlet, OJ, Callie, Ink.. They didn't all start out at ECAC, but 20 years later... I wouldn't take my "kittens" anywhere else. And this post is approved by Miss Priss and Michionne (aka Miss P, Michi) who are also happy patients, once you let them get out of the carrier.
I cant thank the thoughtful and caring staff enough....they had so much compassion and showed so much grace towards us and our Louie. If anyone ever has to go through this hard time of transition, I highly recommend them! ty again for all that you did for us today!
