Electric City Animal Clinic has multiple amazing vets! Dr. Anne Finke is my favorite for routine visits. Dr. Mark Finke saw one of my reacue dogs who had a surprise pregnancy and he was awesome, super educational, and walked me through the puppy process. They also did amazing at getting my other older pup in when I woke up to her one morning shaking uncontrolably. We have used Electric City for the past 4 years and they never disappoint. Until this week, we have not needed urgent care. This week when our dog experienced a sudden onset of symptoms, we were a worked-in at the end of the day. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and sympathetic. Dr. Finke was thorough with his exam explaining his assessment and cost of test and treatment. We were given printed instructions for medication, care and signs/symptoms to watch for. very caring, kind, and intelligent. made sure we understood exactly what was recommended & the cost of such. will definitely keep bringing our big guy here.
Since you have only one small waiting area for all animals and over the last year and a half the waiting area has been packed so full, I no longer feel safe for myself or my small dog waiting there. I can tell you've grown a lot over the years I've been bringing my animals to you but nothing has been done to the waiting area to accommodate that growth.
