Had a really old faded bad tattoo, Went to Justin for a cover up. Freakingly amazing job. Nothing but good to say about this place.
Jon Perkins and Justin Spencer do the best quality tattoo work in the panhandle tx.
Best artist in town. Jon and Justin can put together what ever you want and have the talent to transfer it from idea to ink
