Business Owner Born and raised Mexico City, Paco Cendon began tattooing in the 90's and owned a tattoo shop in Playa Del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico before moving to Austin, TX with his wife and son in the early 2000's. If you go to get tatted up here, you have to go when Mig Works. Friday -Sunday nights. He is awesome! And he did a really good job on my puzzle piece tattoo!
