He was very thorough in his questions and explanations. He listens to what I had to say regarding my care.
The doctor is very professional in dealing with me. He made me understand things I want to know more about.
I made the appointment almost 2 weeks in advance. I was in the middle of changing doctors, since I moved away. They said they verified my insurance and they accepted it. I got there today with very bad back pain (haven’t worked it hurts that bad) wanting to see my new doctor and they tell me that they do not accept that insurance and that he is not my primary doctor which is a lie. I’m very disappointed, since I had heard great things. His staff must not be very informed.
