I would just advice that when patients do blood work regardless of the result the doctors takes the time to put a comment on the results on my chart. This would about worries and possible confusions as if there should be a follow up appointment or no. As a patient it feels good when I log in to my chart to see my results and I see that my doctor has review them and has put a comment. Every time in do blood work I have to call to request my results to be read to me or to inform me if there's anything I should worry.
Dr. Flores is an amazing doctor. He listens for my health concerns and gives a detailed course of action to help. I highly recommend him to my friends.
I really felt like he listened to my concerns. He gave me l3-4 courses of action and we agreed on a game plan to address those concerns. Awesome!!
