RecommendedThey have the curbside drop-off and pick-up dialed in. Communication with the staff and vets is easy for all. call text or email. The vet techs are awesome. So have patience waiting for a call back about an appointment. It will be worth the wait.
One of my cats struggles with vet visits. She gets very anxious and aggressive. The vet and staff at Grand Lake were all so kind, patient, and understanding with my little monster. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you!
Dr. McDonald is a very knowledgeable and caring Vet! She quickly identified my puppy's ear infection and spent a long time explaining everything to us. Wish I had a people doctor this diligent!

Very personal and caring treatment of my dog and me. Dr. Dunn evaluated the behavioral situation with my dog and included me in the handling which was a good choice given my dog's temperament. Staff were warm, friendly and efficient.
