I just have to say that I only talked to this company about what I wanted twice and my wedding was July 8th. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on my cake and it was EXACTLY how we wanted it. The cake was delicious and very inexpensive for how great it was. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks. Thank you sooo much for helping to make my wedding outstanding!! (:
We had our wedding cake made by Ele Cake Co. and it turned out beautiful! We had four tiers (each one a different flavor) and our guests loved it. We have received lots of compliments about the presentation AND taste of the cake. Thanks again!
The decision on what to have is brutal !! 1 of each please !! If you have never been here you don't know what your missing.
I strongly suggest implementing some Customer Service training for the people answering your calls and working your counters. I welcome a call from a manager - I'd love to explain. 1. The last time a group of us visited your West Carrollton store, we planned to have lunch. We inquired which counter we should use to place an order for lunch and the employee shouted, "We don't have lunch anymore!" Not cordial at all - not welcoming - not friendly. 2. On two separate occasions, this company has managed to mess up and either not have my order at the correct location or have my order ready at all! While I can't say there's anything wrong with the cakes themselves, the customer service is lacking. Neither time did they even offer a discount for their faux pas, either! I won't be ordering from here anymore. I can look past one mistake, but two and no compensation? Nope. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is due to the fact they do have delicious cakes. Very disappointed.
Disappointed with my Son's birthday cake.... They put his name on the side of the cake lol..... �� I spoke with someone in customer service and she said thats common practice.... Even Wal-Mart knows better.
