ele cake has made 3 custom cakes for me in the past and yet again they did not disappoint. My daughter's 1st birthday cake looked amazing and tasted delicious!
Ordered a cake as shown on website (obviously yellow). Picked up and it was lime green. Customer service terrible- they stated that the cake on their site was lime green (See first photo from website). Would not recommend if you actually care about how your cake turns out 🤷♀️. Had high hopes as I was a first time customer but even reaching out to customer service and basically being told I’m color blind, can’t see ordering again.
Actually provide customer service! Stop being rude! Acknowledge customers upon entering the store instead of ignoring them & then taking 3 customers that came in after first, such a disappointment!
RecommendedHonestly just a great little spot to have dinner! My daughter and 13 of her closest girlfriends (🙀) made a reservation for homecoming night and were so well taken care of by the staff! I’m sure homecoming is just a nightmare for waitstaff but they were super sweet and all the girls raved about the food.
So ele Cake Company saves my daughters birthday yesterday. All she wanted was a dinosaur cake, when the “other guys” lost the online order, I had no cake and her party was in 2 hours! So my husband went into ele and without a second thought they took the time to make her a dinosaur cake when they had absolutely no obligation to! I will forever be thankful to the staff at ele and will return for all my cake needs! You all are amazing, and the cake was delicious too! ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing cake both visually and in taste. Pink champagne with buttercream icing was delicious. Would definitely use them again.
I have had 3 bad experiences with the Beavercreek location. When you try to order a custom cake, they are always confused and for some reason never able to make what I’m asking for. I ended up ordering my boys birthday cake at Cake, Hope and Love. Today I went in to purchase a dozen cupcakes and the system was down, this was the second time this has happened. The cakes are good, but sadly after today, I will not return. Management really needs to work on this location.
