I ordered some cookies to be delivered to the Austin Landing store. There was a problem with the delivery, but the staff took care of the problem. Even delivered the cookies right to my home! There was one gentleman in particular who really went out of his way to help. I wish I had gotten his name. Having worked in customer service most of my life, I know things sometimes go wrong. The true test of good service is to make it right. You did! And your products are delicious!

Tried ele for the first time today! Bought an apple crumble pie which was so yummy and also bought a raspberry white chocolate cupcake! Can't wait to to try some of their other things! The staff was so friendly as well!

I love the cupcakes so much that we ordered my son's birthday cake. It had a mistake and they not only fixed it, but they gave me a gift certificate for future use. He got the exact cake that he wanted and it was delicious.

I get all my cakes from Ele Cake and have never been diappointed. I love their frosting and their friendly service.
By far best cake in Miami Valley. My wedding cake was amazing and so many compliments were made. Buttercream icing is yummy!!

This is the second time I have been very disappointed with the cake I've ordered, both times because the decorating has not been nearly as good as the picture that I ordered the cake from. And both times the staff have neither apologized or offered to put things right...I will not be ordering from them again. I have been a regular customer since the Taste of Elegance days but things have really gone downhill since then.

Ele's buttercream is the best! Got our wedding cake here, had our baby shower in the party room and go in for clothespins every chance I get! Love ele!

I think the chocolate cake is kind of dry. I ordered a cake for pic up on the 25th. If it wasn't for the chocolate moose filling, it would be a dry cake with chocolate buttercream icing. I also had a blackout cupcake today, and it was dry. Maybe add chocolate pudding in the mix for moisture? Thinking about not ordering my wedding cake from here now. I love cake, just not dry. Everything else was excellent. The chocolate moose, the icing, and the presentation of the cake. Moisture is everything though.
