Will NEVER buy from them again.....I have talked to someone who use to work there and they get their cars from Bob Moore (the trade ins) and they do not check them over before they try to sell them. I had trouble with my car within an hour of purchase. Been almost a year later and I am still having trouble.
I bought a a truck here about a year ago. My credit is bad, so I had no other choice. I hate the high interest rates and the biweekly payments, but they were at least willing to work with me when no one else was. My truck was in great shape even though it has high mileage. I have not had a bit of trouble with the truck and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I have been late on my payments twice. I called in advance and they worked with me. i recently bought a 98 jeep. it ran great at first then small things started happening like the ac went out, it started over heating, i called and asked what to do and the answer i got was i dont know what to tell u. then recently i had my new born baby in the jeep with me and all the front drive train broke leaving us stranded. so i had it towed to eldorado service and my warranty took care of it but then this 150.00 dollar deductable came up that i didnt know about. so i worked something out about that then after i picked ... read more
This is the second vehicle we have bought from Eldorado Motors ,(the first one ran great ,But gas prices meant we needed a 4 cylinder). John Ozbourne(Ozzy)is a wonderful salesmen, and we would not hesitate to send our friends to them.The Service Department has been both courteous and knowledgable ,Quickly and Totally Addressing each issue.And while our credit has improved , I think theyll still have a customer next time :)

The most horrible experience in purchasing a car ever! The salesman was very nice but knew nothing about the vehicle I purchased. Ive had the Durango for 4 months now and it has been in there shop no less than 30 days for repairs...two weeks immediately after I purchased it. Now, 4 months later I have additional problems with the engine that needs repaired right before Thanksgiving. Eldorado does not service their vehicles and sells very old, very poor condition, vehicles. I would not recommend them to any of my friends...no... read more

For the severly credit challenged, El Dorado Motors knocks peoples heads off all the freakin time. You make a \$1,000 downpayment, and they charge a service fee or some other crap when you sign. The cars all have very high miles and the payments every two weeks is ridiculous. BUT, if your credit sucks and youneed wheels, what can you do, they got you over a barrel. The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.They also offered a warranty which was very impressive. They gave me a great value for my trade-in. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely go back when I need another vehicle.
