stay away from eldorado i purchase a 2000 nissan maxima from them i am in the military and had to drive from oklahoma city to california when i got to cali the radiator blow on me to find out it had been mud and tape from a hole then sprayed painted black so you wouldnt notice it i called the dealership and was told that since i left the states they couldnt do nothing bout it i replace sevral items on the vechicle and because of that fell behind on my car pmt they then called from sgt and told all my personal info then when ... read more

My girlfriend co-signed to help our roommate on a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am at \$9000. He skipped out and she took over the payments. She paid on it for the next 6 months. She got a month behind. On a Sunday, while we were in a Walmart shopping, the car was repoed. Our son s medicine, that we just picked up, was in the car. ON A SUNDAY WHEN NO ONE IS IN THE OFFICE & NO ONE TO CALL TO GET THE MEDICINE?!?!?! El Dornotto sucks in general!!!!!!! I would never buy from there or send anyone else to do so.

Please do not purchase your vehicle from this place the cars are almost all over 10 years old and the payments are way too high go somewhere else. Do not make the mistake I made I have one car 12 years old and I owe \$7000.00 and the other is 10 years old I owe \$5000.00 now that is \$12,000.00 I owe by the time I pay off these cars it will be the year 2020. Will NEVER buy from them again.....I have talked to someone who use to work there and they get their cars from Bob Moore (the trade ins) and they do not check them over before they try to sell them. I had trouble with my car within an hour of purchase. Been almost a year later and I am still having trouble.
