My husband bought a pretty silver chain for me Christmas but unfortunately it was not the right length. When he went to return the chain, John the manager, was very rude. Will never use this company again

I bought my mom a beautiful diamond necklace from here for her birthday. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was so helpful, A+ on the customer service. Alexandra helped me find the perfect diamond. The staff was very knowledgeable as well. I would recommend Elder Jewerly to everyone!.
Took a ring to them (an heirloom from my father) that had a crack in the stone. It was a tough find to replace, but they found it, and fixed it at an extremely reasonable price. These folks know the meaning of Customer Service. Thank You
