For ongoing aches and pains in the back I’ve had for years, he was able to help and get me back on track within a decent time. Not a money grab whatsoever, has direct billing, and I literally swear to go here he’s that good!! Front desk staff in office are awesome too. So happy I met him, I would recommend to anyone to see him!

Dr Elder was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and Professional. I could barely walk in from so much pain from hiking and incorrectly lifting my suitcase. Suffered for 2 & 1/2 days. Dr Elder used laser all the while explaining everything he was doing. RELIEF STARTED WITHIN MINUTES! After spending about 30 minutes of laser alternating with range of motion exercises and excellent advice for staying pain free I walked out pain-free. Only felt slight tightness where before was terrible pain with every step.
First of all the lady at the front desk was super friendly and I felt very welcome. Dr Elder was also nice, but he didn't listen. I tried to explain what my problem was and that it wasn't normal back pain. He acted as if he had recognized the whole problem after 2 minutes and treaded me real quickly. 75$ for 10 minutes.. I don't know. I didn't feel understood by him and was very disappointed afterwards. 2 weeks later it turned out I had a disc prolapse all the time.
Dr. James Elder is a great chiropractor who really cares about his patients. I have been going there for more than a year and initially, he helped me with acute back pain and now he helps maintains my health so the issue doesn't happen again. (I'm a work-at-home person and my back is an issue because I'm bad about posture while working.) He's also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to.
