Marilyn, the owner did not like it when I asked questions. My brother, who is a lawyer, had POA. My husband and I are both in the medical field never heard of Elder Care At Home—red flag. We had some valid concerns over time, for example: 1) when our loved one fell, why didn’t a supervisory nurse come and and file a report like they are supposed to? The supervisor came out in the beginning, then became inconsistent. The two supervisors would tell the caregiver who was with our loved one to “handle it.” 2) They also verbally ... read more

We have been using the services provided by Elder Care at Home for about 10 years now. We live in Williamsburg, VA and my Mother-in-Law lives in Virginia Beach so the distance between us provides us a challenge. Marilyn Fall has gone above and beyond to provide personal service for Trudy. And her staff Bonnie, Omega and Sharon are outstanding.
