Timely, caring, gave us all the info and took excellent care of me. Great after surgery care. Highly recommend him.
Experienced fall resulting in seven broken ribs. Dr.Kuo and his team scheduled surgery following day: excellent procedure/result, very personable including team in his office, and was able to transfer to rehab day following surgery. Little pain with meds. Highly recommend Dr. Kuo and his team - in "good hands".
Dr. Kuo is an excellent Dr, I had gastric surgery that needed to be redone from a previous surgery. He did an excellent job. Could not have asked for better care.
I have been in many of the top medical facilities across the country and Dr. Kuo and his staff are by far the best. I had a very large type III paraoesophageal hernia where my stomach had flipped into my chest area. Dr. Kuo took the time to fully explain the corrective measures needed along with videos (prepared by Dr. Kuo and his staff) which clearly showed the condition and procedures. Had an Upper GI Endoscopy and High Resolution Eophasgeal Motility study performed. Procedures with Banner and Dr. Elbert Kuo were great. However, the follow up appointment a week later was exceptional. Unlike most doctors, Dr. Kuo quickly and efficiently explained my results in terms I could understand. Basically gave me a good, quick education about my issues. Dr Kuo has been nothing short of awesome, during my wife Lisa’s fight with lung cancer. His confidence and willingness to pause and explain all in what goes into his decisions, makes my wife feel as if she’s talking to an old friend. He is a down to earth and humble man. I had a Diaphragm Plication performed by Dr. J Breard and Dr. E Kuo at Banner Boswell. The doctors, nurses and staff (from the Hospital greeters) are the most friendly, compassionate and professional health providers that I have ever experienced.
On a one to ten Dr Kuo is a 14. He and his staff is the best medical experience that I have ever experienced. I am a 84 yr old woman that had to have a redo on a surgery done 2 yrs ago in another state. Professionalism at its top. Surgical team the best ever especially an angel that talked to me as I was put to sleep. What a comfort she was. I would put my life in this teams hands again and not think twice. Thank you all so much.
