Dr. Kuo performed a lobectomy due to a malignant nodule in my left upper lobe. My pre-op consult was.complete and all of my questions were answered. I previously had my larynx remove in 2003 because of a nodule on my vocal cord. My surgery was done at Boswell on 2-2-2017, my 70th bday. Dr. Kuo and his staff exceeded my expectations before and after surgery. They were proffesional and caring. Dr. Kuo and his staff are rock stars in their field and genuinely fine people.

In Nov. Dr. Kuo performed a left diaphragmatic plication laparoscopicly that has given me a hopeful life again for which I am grateful. Was on night oxygen before and it can now be eliminated. I have seen a number of surgeries and this one was a piece of cake. Dr. Kou's compassion is evident at the very first meeting. Lots of visual aides to help explain the whole procedure. Staff very attentive, hospital nurses very knowledgeable.

Dr. Kuo is the best. He's through and explains choices completely. I couldn't have had a better Dr. taking me through my bout with lung cancer earlier this year.

I would most definitely recommend Dr. Kuo. He is by far the most amazing doctor that my husband and I have met. His staff is so helpful and kind and willing to go the extra mile. I have told everyone I know about Dr. Kuo. We are forever thankful that we came across him, and that he saved my husbands life!

Dr Kuo, was professional,caring and provided details of healthcare/surgery for all family members. The Dr also shared detail after the surgery with waiting family members. Very Good.
Takes his time and listens to concerns and questions. Competent and careful during the workup and surgery. Explained all aspects of procedure before and showed results in post-surgery visits.
I would absolutely, whole heartedly recommend Dr. Kuo. In my contacts with him, I learned so much about my condition. He explained every facet of information to me, reassuring any concerns that I may have had. He provided complete information to me, both verbally and by written information. As he was discussing my case, he jotted down notes, as well as diagrams that further explained my situation, providing report copies. I felt totally safe in his hands. I could not have asked for more!
