Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment
