Ivan was very easy to talk to and flexible with the schedule. We had a huge Japanese elm and 3 eucalyptus trees to tame. The team arrived on time and got right to work. They cleaned up everything afterwards. We made a plan for future trimming to achieve the look and privacy were looking for. Thanks for the great work.

They were scheduled to do the work on Thursday at 11:30A...never showed up or even called..two days later a worker called to say they were busy due to very windy conditions...won’ call them again even though I have a lot of tree work
