It was great, wish I'd had a video of it... Ivan came to est cost for removal, took one look at it, walked over, kicked it, and it fell out. He did not charge us, very kind and courteous, and I'm going to Greenthumb, buy the treee I want there, and Ivan said he would p/u and plant for us. We will always refer him, he was very professional but gave us a laugh too... Made our day... Eleanor & Al
