Everyone took great care of our mom at home & at hospice house. They were very kind, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, organized, truly caring & concerning. PCA Ms. Haillie, Nurses Sofia, Terry, Lisa, case managers everyone….I appreciate you all wholeheartedly. ❤️‍🩹🥹❤️

Promises Broken This company will promise what ever it take to to collect the pay check your loved ones will provide. They do not fullfill those promises to the fullest of their potential. Bottom line they recieve the lowest grade of help possible by a company who operates on the cheap. There is horrible communication from main office down. Their after hours call agents are unable to passon to the company accurate or expedited notice to the company on call nurse. I highly recommend Elara! Truly a TEAM that never failed. More than a year of care. Perscriptions, supplies, equipment and sincere care. Debbie, (RN) gave mom what is so rare today, time to talk, to really know her and provide care that embraced and respected her needs and wishes. Would you like her to bring up end of life arrangements and wishes to your loved one? Repeatedly? Invaluable! The Bereavement team has done the same for me after her passing. My heart is so full of appreciation.
