I felt very unsupported, chaotic care for my husband. They “suspected” pneumonia, but never did X-rays. I personally think he had sepsis. At one point he was in pain 2 days before a nurse came and it was the NEXT evening before he got pain meds! So three days total! On the first day that his nurse texted me to tell me she might not be there that day, I told her that he was in pain. I was asked if I was going to take him to the ER from a text from his nurse! I would like to say that I have had the best experience with Elara Caring! The staff has been compassionate, courteous and very, very caring ..... indeed! Many thanks to those folks both in Personal Care and Home Health! My nurse Keenan is absolutely the most caring and wonderful nurse! Teresa and Tessa, many thanks!! As an employee they have Poor communication they never get back to you … one pretty much called me a liar all because my kids didn’t have daycare on MLK day she stayed daycares are not closed on MLK day and asked for my kids daycare like one your not a manager or a supervisor that’s not your concern so I sent a message from my kids daycare because don’t call me a dang liar when I got the messages but they hire any one and everyone and training is horrible it’s online for hours but nothing to really teach u

I got hired to work. When I asked for help getting into one of the apps they refused to answer me and instead of helping they fired me.. how pathetic is that when there are so many people in need of help...
