As an employee they have Poor communication they never get back to you … one pretty much called me a liar all because my kids didn’t have daycare on MLK day she stayed daycares are not closed on MLK day and asked for my kids daycare like one your not a manager or a supervisor that’s not your concern so I sent a message from my kids daycare because don’t call me a dang liar when I got the messages but they hire any one and everyone and training is horrible it’s online for hours but nothing to really teach u
I got hired to work. When I asked for help getting into one of the apps they refused to answer me and instead of helping they fired me.. how pathetic is that when there are so many people in need of help...
As an employee who worked here for 8 months, I would be very careful with working for this company. Out of the 8 months I worked here, trying to contact management was a nightmare. I got passed off to 4 people who were claimed to be management but 2 of never responded to phone calls, or emails or texts and 2 of them told me they couldn't help me. I never got paid for 2 shifts. Everyone took great care of our mom at home & at hospice house. They were very kind, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, organized, truly caring & concerning. PCA Ms. Haillie, Nurses Sofia, Terry, Lisa, case managers everyone….I appreciate you all wholeheartedly. ❤️🩹🥹❤️
