My grandma is with this company. The OT, PT & nurse that came out were absolutely wonderful! They answered questions and worked well with her even when she was mean and surly to them. I am giving a 2 star because the social worker Jessica is not good returning calls. This is a new situation and I am trying to do the best I can while learning. When I was told I'd be called, I was not EVEN when I asked Lauren (OT) & Carol (Nurse) to help get a hold of her. If I could split the review, Paul (PT), Lauren & Carol would get 7 star... read more
