I am a current client. The nurses that come out are so nice but there is NO follow-up. I have asked the same question to 4 different nurses who promise to follow-up but not 1 has. I am on hold to report a change of status to the client (my mom) and I've been on hold now for 12 minutes at 6:50 pm. Really? I hate this music!
Terrible company! They tell you what you want to hear and lie through their teeth. Do not recommend!!
