DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR LOVED ONE!! They only care about money not your loved one. Also, they treat their employees like garbage and treat them unfairly. I used to work for this company but no longer do. I been there 3 years and have had 3 managers in 3 years and the employee turn over is outrageous. So do not work for Elara either !!! Michael Kasson the manager needs to get FIRED HIMSELF. for treating his employees in an unfair manner.
The Elara Caring team from Akron, Ohio are the best. They recently took care of my sister in the nursing home before she passed away. They were all very caring and compassionate and treated my sister and our family with dignity and respect. Communication was excellent. I would recommend their services to those who may be in need.
The people who come to the house are good & caring,but the company..not so much. If they can't sell you a bunch of services, you'll probably be dropped from their care as I was. I had to call when their nurse was coming second day of service only to find out ,I was no longer a client. They couldn't call and tell me,oh no,! They care,alright..about how much services can be rendered on you.The first time ,they showed up..Second time,one time and 'see ya wouldn't wanna be ya..'
I cannot come up with enough words to describe how amazing and compassionate Elara Caring really is. Emily, Menachem, Evan, Ben, Tammy and everyone who came out to my father’s home for his therapy truly became family to us. My dad wouldn’t have gotten stronger and where he is at today if it wasn’t for the team at Elara. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. Even the nurses who came out took excellent care of my dad, shout-out to Olivia. Thank you EVERYONE
