I was having pretty major pain in my back. It was to the point that every time I ate I had pain. Before going to the doctor, I wanted to see if it could be a pinched nerve or something off with my back causing this. I had that feeling to give it a try first before going through more tests only to find out I'm perfectly healthy. I'm so glad I did! Each week after adjustments, I started to have less and less pain. I was a new patient and I asked for a basic adjustment on my back. I let them know I was in a lot of pain and they didn't seem to care. After being there for two hours and not getting treatment, they had me schedule an appointment for the next day. I went back and they used a machine on me that didn't do anything to help me. I then received a bill for $289. I will never recommend anyone to go there. Terrible business practices.

The staff at ELANCO are very nice. But, I had about 11 appointments and did not get relief from my foot pain. I went to another chiropractor and got relief after my first appointment. Now I have an expensive bill to pay.
