Great apartment complex all around, but just a little pricey. Love all of the amenities and the staff. Malia always does a great job taking care of any concerns I have. I will continue to recommend EMP to my friends.
They host wonderful events, supply the residents with coffee and hot chocolate every day with some snacks as well. The walls arent that thick so you hear people all the time but the work out rooms have the best equipment and the view from the sky lounge is amazing.

The pool is constantly noisy and people turn the music up so it blasts in my apartment. Nothing is sound proof. There are 3 people living above me in a small 1 bedroom, and they sound like a herd of elephants. I also had ants for 3 weeks when I moved in due to construction. The staff are great though and really try. They are the best part about the community. I would have broke my lease months ago if it wasn't for them.

Awesome property with great amenities. Location is excellent. Malia from leasing office is incredible to work with and makes the move-in process as smooth as it can be. Highly recommend checking it out!
