Great place to live at! Front office staff is super friendly and helpful. They have community events often and they are always fun. Also, super nice location to live in Houston, definitely recommend living here.
Such a great location! I loved living there and the staff is always so helpful with whatever you need! If I didn’t relocate for work, I would definitely still be living at Elan!
Awesome location, very quite area, everything is so close by memorial park in walking distance, H-E-B, Walmart and Target are less than 10 minutes away
Love the location. The apartment is very quite & I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The office & maintance staffs are great.
Great place to live. Residents range from singles to families, young and old. Located at the quiet end of Washington. Amenities are awesome. Great pool, great gym, pool table, shuffleboard, and very secure. On site security as well as card access doors. All great things, but the best part of living here has got to be the staff. They really do bust their butts to make this place great. They're constantly throwing events for the residents and are always on top of their game. If I could give six stars, I would.
