Poor Customer Service – So disappointed in this eye clinic; very poor customer service. My family had been patients of Dr. Garrett's for four years. Today I called to make an appt and the only time they said they will accept patients with our insurance is on Thursday mornings before lunch. Absolutely NO other time was offered, when I am very flexible the rest of the week. This is very unreasonable. We will be happy to take our business somewhere else and no longer recommend Dr. Garrett.
