Reasoning poor building, Building had a bathroom leak in guest bedroom (from guest bathroom) within a month of moving in, which lead to MILDU/MOLD the leak was fixed. (after couple attempts) as of now maybe. They are still not sure. One week later leak came back into our home same place, with a vengeance, it also came into the master bedroom closet which caused MILDU/MOLD. They have now fixed everything maybe. Gorgeous Grounds, Fantastic finishes including quartz countertops, Nest Thermostats, extra wide and deep sinks, engineered wood floors not vinyl as in many other properties, lots of windows and spacious floorplans and a fantastic courteous and friendly staff that is always willing to go over and above to make residents happy! I've found my little EDEN! Keep up the great job Jennifer!
