In regards to this review , my original stars were given in reference to a matter that occurred in which I was really pissed ...I have lived here for almost a year and have to say that the staff here is amazing ( Jennifer , Latora, Luis , Neesh , Fernando , Annabel , and Manuel ) ...The matter has since been resolved and I'm satisfied with the results ... I hope I didn't deter anyone ... that was not my objective .
From the moment I walked in I felt at home. My Fiancé and I just moved to Katy from Dallas, and had been searching for apartments all over the city. We stopped at this one last and I was sure it'd be too expensive, but surprise! It was AFFORDABLE and luxurious as well! We got so lucky and our leasing agent, Nisha, was extremely helpful and sweet. I felt like I could really trust the staff. Looking forward to moving in here next week! �
I love this place, here I feel that is my home!!! Is very beautiful and have excellent accessibility around of complex.
Love this place just moved in! Its quiet and comfortable. My view is beautiful. The lake , the pool and everything else about it. I love my place, the bathroom is gorgeous! Everything is so high tech and brand new. I recommend this place for sure �
