Beautiful property with amazing staff! Nisha was a total delight to meet. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and area.
I really enjoyed visiting this property and loved the beautiful amenities! The staff was very welcoming, Nisha, Luis, Jenn, LaTora and Avery all greeted me with me smiles. I really like how close it is to highways, will make my commute downtown much easier! Looking forward to being a resident, thanks again for showing me around Nisha!

I enjoyed this property compared to several I have seen in the area. The amenities are great, the location is perfect for both commuters and people who enjoy entertainment and it is only a short distance to Katy Mills Mall. Luis Rivas showed us the property and highlighted some of the benefits and was extremely informative and helpful. Definitely recommend this property for anyone looking in the area.
Recently moved from a greystar managed property in Louisiana and I appreciated how they managed the property so moving to Houston I looked for something the same under greystar. I am very happy I found Elan 99, Luis has been awesome helping me transition and get set up, making sure that I was good to go for moving in the day I traveled. I look forward to staying here for quite sometime while I work in Houston.
This apartment community is wonderful. It is located near great restaurants, schools and entertainment for my family. Luis Rivas showed us around the property and explained all the amenities that they have which in compared to other communities in the area ours is the best.
Definitely a place worth calling home! Thanks to Luis & the leasing team for always being so welcoming.
