Samuel was a great help with my tour today! He was very knowledgeable regarding all of our questions and has been very helpful with the application and leasing process afterwards!
I recently had the pleasure of touring with Samuel, and I have to share that it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly. Samuel was very knowledgeable about the property and took the time to walk me through all the features of the apartment, including apartment amenities.
I love my apartment and property. I have been living here for many years and plan to live here many more. The office staff, Amanda and Jesse are just the best! They are always there for me when I need them. The maintenance staff, Sean and Melissa, do such a great job. The area is quiet and safe and is close to a Target ad Hy-Vee.
