Every visit to Elaine Elliis is a pleasure! The staff is always professional, polite, and welcoming. I’m greeted with a smile every time, and many of the employees go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Truly outstanding service!”
I love the office in its entirety and for their service. But, over-the-phone customer service really needs to be worked on. Every time I call, I am immediately or rushed on hold. I understand the wait times. But, the approach can be nicer and less rushed. Yolanda is very rude! She rushes on the calls and even hung up the phone on me! Get it together because I really like this office, but it has led me to find another provider.

I've decided to move my father back to Unity Parkside Medical due to delays in paperwork. Elaine Ellis slow processing is putting his Medicaid benefits at risk, and it took a month for him to secure an appointment.
