Just left during lunch after sitting at the bar for 20 mins without service. There were only 3 couples at the bar, one sat after us and was served. Pretty disappointed, we spoke to 3 servers without one offering to take our drink order. We left and took our business to Longhorns where Rashad is always ready to take your order.
Gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and say they may be a new restraunt and don't have staffing figured out. However, it's an issue regardless when you go there for lunch and it takes over 30 minutes for them to take your order.
Apparently oversized men are allowed to speak vulgarities loudly in front of small children. Management lacks
We had a table of at least 20, took at least 45 minutes to get drinks and an hour after that to get our food ! The service was the worst ever ! I will go back to El Maya’s for great service again
Price gouging & Inability to hire competent employees. Every employee there should know the menu backwards and forwards! The waitress rung the ticket up incorrectly. When asked to correct the ticket, the manager corrected it, however, added additional costs. The manager was rude and called the police and told them” we refused to pay!” Once officer arrived, we explained situation to APD and he and waitress lied again. The officer finally advised manager best thing to do was to adjust the ticket. Will NEVER go back again!
Over priced and not enough food. Poor wait time. Will not go back.

My food was messed up and the manager laughed when I said something about it,we are never coming here again my food is throwed together like I’m some type of dog
I like to take my large family group here. No reservations necessary, and they are always able to accommodate us quickly.
