Ate dinner at the one on Dawson Road Friday evening 5/31/2019. The food was ok but couldn't even talk to the person sitting next to me. Several ladies in our group and noise was so bad we couldn't wait to get out of there! No plans to return since we don't enjoy the horrendous noise level!
Service was lousy and not existent!This was my first and very last visit here. I wanted to place an order to go. Not only did several people walk by and see me standing up front no one came to help me. I had to go to the bar to ask about placing an order. He sent me to the counter across from the bar. He told a waitress twice to take my order. She came where I was and I thought she was going to take my order. She walked past me three times while I was at the counter. RecommendedLove this place. We go here very often, maybe to often lol but I can’t help it, they are so good. Definitely my favorite place to eat.
Slow service is that was very inattentive. The Texas Margaritas was watered down had to send it back twice and got a water instead. Still got charged. Asked for kids cheese quesadilla meal got an adult serving. Asked for queso on my soft taco and forgot that. I was very disappointed as this place started me to go to the original El Vaquero. Needles to say I will be going back to Los Vaqueros from here on out.
Great service! Friendly staff! Delightful atmosphere! Delicious food! Can’t beat all that!
Poor customer service, don't expect to get a parking spot or to park in togo. They expect you to park across the street, how sway.
Dirty booths, sticky table, stale chips, cheese dip more like a paste, rice tasted old, and the meat was not seasoned very well. 1/10 would not recommend.
One of our favorite places to eat in Albany!!
