I made an offer on July 27th on the property located at 2506 Edwards Ave. and was accepted by Lizette Menchaca. I wired my $2000 deposit and paid for home inspection $385 also $500 for appraisal. I was told the house is being rented out so I will have to wait a month after closing escrow to get my key. This property needs a lot of work (cabinets, roof, fence, landscaping and has termites and a lot of other things that need replacing.
